How to get job easily as a fresher?
Getting a job in a new city is too difficult and without any money is it possible?
To be frank YES. Try some of my strategies it really helped me and it helps you too.
I came across the issue of earning for my leaving.
I have completed my degree without good grade but I had a confidence to do whatever I will get to do the job.
I reached to Bangalore to search a new job without any degree, without any good grades, without friends and without any money.
Major challenge was to get the house to stay and get the job quickly.
I landed to Bangalore with hopes of getting job, earn some money. With lots of fear first step I put to Bangalore City railway station.
Tragedy Starts: I had a friend in the city but he deny to take me after landing to Bangalore. I was just standing in railway station, waited for 3 HRS just thinking what I am going to do now? the same issue many people face when they land into the job market.
After 3 HRS I got one of my far relatives number and I requested him for stay for 1 week of time. But after landed into the tragedy I was so much in fear of the city and roads, traffic 2 days I just locked myself into my friend room.
His room mates helped and started encouraging me to go out and see places and check for the job.
Initially the I was not aware of friends and money matters, room rent and all. Within 3 days my friends made me realize that “NO FREE FOOD”.
Way 1
After 4 days I started applying for job interviews, I used to go to browsing center and search in local job portals to see the jobs the way others used to do but there was not enough luck to get the calls from the companies.
Tried for 100 + companies but no one replied.
Way 2
After that I realized no one is making an attempt to call so I started noting HR numbers and started calling them individually. Within an hour I realized that this new way works and I got a call to attend the interview for some small and medium companies.
Way 3
Whenever I visit to Browsing center I used to take printout of my CV and with wish I started to keep one copy of my Resume left behind each browsing Center.
Way 4
I started talking to strangers and talk about my problem of getting job and each time I used to get something new learning from each stranger and then I started altering my Resume, attitude to suite the company requirements.
Way 5
Wherever I see any company I started dropping my CV like flyer to company reception and handed over my CV to even company watchman.
Within 18 days in new City I have received a Job Offer for one of the startup company in Bangalore with 10 K in hand salary for 1 year.
Conclusion,
My entire learning in this period was I was hungry enough to get the job. If you want to get the job quickly and easily fallow the same.
“Be BUNGRY !” you will get it.
